The 20KV AS standard pin type porcelain insulators are designed according to Australian standards.
the product are more popular in medium voltage distributions lines.
the major market for such insulators are Australian and New Zealand market .
Glaze color can be grey or brown .
the insulator is with porcelain thread , so normally when put into use , the worker have to use lead head spindle to assemble those products .
the pin type insulator top are with semi-conductive glaze, it is radio-free type.

Applications:
the 20 kV pin type insulator mainly used for light pollution area : that means:
Areas without industries and low density of housed equipped with heating plants.
Areas with low density of industry or houses but subjected to frequent winds and/or rainfall,
Agricultural areas . mountainous areas.
All those areas shall be at least 10km to 2km from the sea and shall not be exposed to winds directly from the sea .
